MediTask is super! Not only is the transcription done promptly and expertly, but there is the personal touch that comes from a reasonably-sized American operation. We have a busy three-man orthopedic office, and had done in-house or local transcription for years. We then tried a digital dictation that used transcriptionists in India, which was a disaster (although occasionally humorous malapropisms). MediTask is perfect. This is the way to go if your office, big or small, is looking for online transcription. If I can figure out how to upload a digital file from my hand-held dictaphone, anyone can do it. And MediTask is always there for personal assistance.
